How our prints are made Every print is made to order by our professional print labs. Because each piece is produced specifically for you, please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Estimated delivery times Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. Estimated delivery times from ship date:

United States: 3–7 business days International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs processing.

Shipping rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Orders over $150 ship free within the United States.

Tracking your order Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly with the carrier.

International orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are beyond our control.

Damaged or lost shipments If your print arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@dariofaillaphotography.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
