Refund & Return Policy

Because every print is made to order by our professional print lab, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

Damaged or defective prints If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@dariofaillaphotography.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will replace the print at no cost to you.

Wrong item received If you receive the wrong print, contact us immediately and we'll make it right with a replacement.

Refunds Refunds are issued only in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect items. If approved, refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.

European Union customers If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item. Please note that custom-made or personalized goods may be exempt from this right under EU law.
